Our Healthy Crunch Trail Mixes are made with sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds as the base. Then we include dried, whole fruits.
• Sunflower seeds → Sunflower seeds are high in protein and rich in healthy fats as well, as antioxidants. Sunflower seeds are also an excellent source of vitamin E, selenium, vitamin B, and zinc.
• Vitamin B supports energy production. Selenium and zinc support the immune system.
• Pumpkin seeds → Pumpkin seeds are a rich source of protein, vitamins,s and minerals. Pumpkin seeds also contain antioxidants.
